People: the crew
Our story begins differently. Crus is not a legacy handed down for generations. Crus is a project begun in 2012 as our life’s work. It is a long path, at first only imagined, then diligently pursued and finally achieved. Our story began on a hill with pink sands, where we “put down our anchor”. This hill is called “la Crus”: the hill of the Cross. The old timers said the best wine in our area was produced on this hill. From our first day, through storms and moment of calm, we dedicated ourselves to this place with tenacity, patience and constancy so that the old vineyard could rediscover its old and prestigious wine-making identity. On our journey we were lucky enough to meet enthusiastic and passionate people with whom we share the same wine making philosophy. Together we work to pursue absolute quality, without compromise, and to realize our love for wine and for this territory.
