Giuseppe Baltera, better known as “Pepun”, was a shy man of few words but with a good soul. He wads in love with vineyards and wine, and since his youth he has supported the DOC Bramaterra with commitment.
It is an honor for us to carry on his vineyards after his death.

tasting notes

COLOR: ruby red

NOSE: balsamic notes give way to floral notes, violet in particular, followed by black cherry in alcohol and cloves

PALATE: ready to drink wine, fresh and savory, with good acidity. Medium-bodied, tannin with a youthful spirit

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 64° F.

PAIRINGS: wine for the whole meal that is well suited to accompany simple dishes of everyday cuisine
