The agricrus.it site is owned by the simple agricultural company Crus s.s. with VAT number 02624750028 and N. REA BI – 2016-6171 and also deals with the sale of wine.
Since these are alcoholic beverages, the purchase of our products is allowed only to adults as required by art. 7 of Legislative Decree 158/2012.
With this contract, CRUS transfers or undertakes to transfer ownership of these goods to the Customer and the latter pays or undertakes to pay the price.
The purchase of goods takes place through the website www.agricrus.it
Purchasable goods are presented on the website. It should be noted that CRUS intends to serve exclusively the private consumer, to whom all the products on sale are intended.
Sales contract
The customer purchases the goods, supplied with real photograph and description, by clicking on the appropriate virtual “buy” button which will place it in the cart. The cart displays each product inserted and the relative amount to pay, with the possibility of updating and / or modifying its content.
From the cart you also have the possibility to use any coupons or gift vouchers and to view and calculate the shipping costs. By confirming the purchase, you then have access to registration, if not already done previously, at the end of which you are returned to the page for filling in the billing details which include the buyer’s data, the shipping address, the choice of payment method and the final order confirmation.
The sales contract will be considered perfected and concluded only when the customer has accepted the conditions of sale provided for in this contract and clicked on the virtual button “Confirm Order” after completing and completing the payment phase according to the chosen method. If the Customer does not accept the conditions of sale and / or does not proceed with the confirmation of acceptance of the contract by selecting the virtual button “Confirm Order”, the sales contract is not considered perfected and concluded and the Customer will not be able to receive the executed order . In this case, CRUS will not send the products in the cart or charge the Customer the amount resulting from the summary of their cart. In any case, the Customer will receive CRUS an e-mail confirming registration to the site.
Product description, features and prices
The characteristics and description of the products on sale are indicated in the descriptive table next to each product photo which can be accessed by clicking on the product name chosen from the wines page or from internal links on the site.
Photographs, descriptive material of the goods and contents are produced, written and edited specifically for CRUS, which is the sole owner.
The prices of the goods are clearly visible together with photos and descriptions and are to be understood as inclusive of VAT. The shipping cost is added during the payment phase and is already visible and / or calculable from the cart. The duration of any promotion or offer is indicated in correspondence with the product or offer to which it refers, as well as the prices applied.
Any ancillary expense, where foreseen, is reported in correspondence with the product to which it is applied.
Shipping fees
We ship to Italy, remote areas and islands included. Shipping costs are visible and can be calculated already in the cart and at the time of the purchase process and vary according to the number of bottles and the consequent weight of the packages.
Payment instruments accepted
Payments are accepted via: credit cards, PayPal ®, bank transfer, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
The commission costs provided for in the contracts stipulated between CRUS and the payment service providers are all borne by CRUS.
CRUS undertakes to re-credit the Customer the excess amount in the event of an error and a higher charge than the agreed price. Shipping costs added to the price of the goods at the time of purchase are not considered illegal, incorrect and excessive charges and are therefore not to be considered a reason for reimbursement.
Shipping, delivery and liability terms
CRUS undertakes to deliver the ordered goods within the time limits set by the shipping method. Typically within 48 hours of placing your order.
Delivery is understood to be carried out when the ordered goods come into the possession of the Customer or the person whom he or she has delegated to collect. If these terms cannot be met, CRUS undertakes to notify the Customer by reporting when the goods can be delivered.
CRUS guarantees the replacement of damaged products without any charge to the customer in the event that such damage is attributable to transport, bad packaging or other causes not attributable to the end customer by contacting us at the e-mail address info@agricrus.it agreeing a new shipment.
All goods subject to damage due to wear and tear and incorrect storage by the customer are excluded from replacement. Also excluded from the guarantee and / or refund are bottles subject to normal deterioration and / or the presence of mold in the cork.
Telephone charges
If CRUS is contacted by telephone for information on his order, the Customer is not required to pay more than the basic rate.
Supplies not required
Unless the Customer’s consent, to be expressed before or at the time of the conclusion of the purchase contract, CRUS will not perform any supply other than that agreed, even if of equivalent or superior value and quality.
If the Customer receives an unsolicited supply, he must notify the e-mail address info@agricrus.it, so that CRUS will collect this supply and reimburse the Customer for any sum already paid.
Right of withdrawal
As foreseen by the Consumer Code, CRUS customers enjoy the satisfaction or refund guarantee with the possibility of returning the purchased products within 14 working days of receipt, except in the case of products that by their nature cannot be returned. Therefore, the Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within n. 14 days from the entry into possession of the ordered goods, without any charge against him, simply by notifying CRUS by contacting us at the e-mail address info@agricrus.it.
Upon receipt of the request for withdrawal, CRUS will collect the goods from the customer, without charging anything to him.
To report any anomalies, inconveniences, inefficiencies and / or receive assistance on products that do not comply with the order, the Customer can contact CRUS at the e-mail address info@agricrus.it.
In the event of withdrawal, CRUS and the Customer’s obligations lapse. In particular, CRUS will reimburse the Customer for the costs of the products ordered, including delivery costs, within n. 14 days from the moment in which he was informed by the Customer that he wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal. CRUS will reimburse the Customer with the same tool used by the Customer to pay for the order, except as otherwise agreed between the parties.

Update terms and conditions
CRUS reserves the right to make changes to this contract. The user agrees to be bound by any such future revisions and therefore undertakes to periodically visit this page to be informed of any changes.
